This deck is based around recycling Giovanni's Exile and using Rhydons dirty work to deck the opponent. Memory energies are in place so Rhyperior can keep the mill going.

I'd look at the new set for some support. You probably won't get Giovanni every turn, so a clefairy doll can take a hit and deny a prize while you attach to rhydon, and you can play belelba and brycen man to mill three (mills yourself too, so you might want some lana's fishing rods to get back key Pokemon and tools along with more pal pads and energy recycler).

Other things to consider... you never want to play a draw supporter after the first turn or two, so onboard draw power is key. Oricorio GX and silvally GX can help, and then you want island challenge amulets to make them basically one prizers (remember the rod gets back tools). Articuno GX is another option to discard all energy on a built up attacker.

If you are on a tighter budget pidgeotto gives you decent draw, and gets up quick with elm, and pidgeot can surprise attack with triple acceleration to put their active back in their hand.

Having onboard draw combined with more mill and a little disruption and denial should help. Other things to consider are Lt. Surge, counter gain, and a recovery poke like oranguru (although I think ULP spiritomb is far better here).

Finally, I'd replace all the digletts with mewtwos to get back supporters, it's one less card milled that turn but guarantees another mill next turn.
