I'm fairly new to competitive battling and this is my plan for my team. Since I'm a newbie when it comes to team-building, will someone who knows their stuff take a look at my team and review it?

VRALLANA II (Gliscor) (F) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 184 HP / 252 Atk / 72 Spe
Adamant Nature
IVs: 28 SpA / 29 SpD
- Sky Uppercut
- U-turn
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake

This is one of my favorite Pokemon, plus she has proven to be a beast in battle, so I wanted to build a team around her. Plus, she's a formidable and not-too-frail all-out physical attacker.

Bleepbloop (Magnezone) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon
- Signal Beam

Gliscor's biggest problem is her 4x weakness to ice, and a steel type covers that. The fact that Magnezone is also electric covers Gliscor's water weakness as well.True, this one is MAD succeptible to ground attacks, but, thanks to assault vest and volt switch, I think I can tough that out.

Ronnie (Banette) @ Banettite
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Cotton Guard
- Shadow Sneak
- Knock Off

Not really weak to any of Gliscor or Magnezone's weaknesses, and a great way to deal with pesky psychic/ghost types. Thanks to its Mega's Prankster, Banette is one of the best burn inflictors in the game, and I absolutely love burning my opponent. Since the opponent will always be burned to start out, I am not to worried about rather frail defense, and if a fighting-type comes in, I can put up a cotton guard to make myself even more bullet-proof. Plus, knock off and priority. You can't lose.

Augie (Slurpuff) (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Sweet Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Draining Kiss
- Cotton Guard
- Calm Mind
- Energy Ball

First of all, I need a fairy type to deal with OP dragons. Secondlly, this guy has shown he can definitely handle himself in battles.

Anson (Galvantula) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Sticky Web
- Energy Ball
- Volt Switch

This will probably end up being my most common opener, as it has sticky web and a team-wide speed boost is absolutely invaluable. Also, he can f*** shit up with thunder, which is always nice. I'll probably most often end up volt switching him out after the initial sticky web, though, so I can use him for clean-up.

Wheeler (Heatran) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Roar
- Will-O-Wisp

First of all, y'all just know lots of people are gonna try to burn up Garvantula, and that is an awesome opportunity to volt switch into Heatran and absorb the fire move with Flash fire. LOL. He can set up rocks, too, which is a huge boost to any team.

Edit: I removed the bit in the title about this being "possibly" UU because Gliscor and Heatran are OU Pokemon and this is thus not a UU team. I wouldn't want other people seeing this and being confused.

Gliscor really isn't all that great as a sweeper, especially with Sky Uppercut offering pretty redundant coverage with EQ and U-Turn negating your SD boosts. It really isn't that fast or hard hitting and is pretty easily revenge-killed, so other sweepers are better. Gliscor works much better as a physical wall, special wall, or Toxic stall annoyer. I highly suggest you breed a new one (assuming this is in-game because you have no reason to run subpar IV's on Showdown/PO) with 31 SpD IVs, an Impish/Careful nature and use one of these sets:
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 192 SpD / 72 Spe
Careful Nature
- Roost
Your choice of Taunt, EQ, Knock Off, and Toxic for the final three. The HP EV's are to maximize Poison Heal and the Spe EV's are to outspeed Jolly T-tar. This set is one of the like three or so Pokemon that can counter Landorus-I and is good against other special threats and is good at harassing defensive pokemon by using Taunt so they can't heal, boost, etc and wearing them down with the other moves.
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 192 Def / 72 Spe
Impish Nature
- Roost

Your choice of Taunt, EQ, Knock Off, and Toxic for the final three. The HP EV's are to maximize Poison Heal and the Spe EV's are to outspeed Jolly T-tar. This set is good against many prominent physical threats such as Excadrill, Mega Heracross, Terrakion, etc.
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 28 Def / 236 Spe
Impish Nature
- Substitute
- Protect
- Toxic
- Earthquake

This set is good for annoying your opponent with Toxic stalling.I haven't used this set personally, but I have my doubts about using it over the other two sets. I like using defensive Gliscor and this set gets completely walled by Skarmory and Gengar.
Bleepbloop (Magnezone) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon
- Signal Beam

Thunder is terrible outside of rain on anything besides Galvantula (which isn't that good in OU) because of the awful accuracy, so you should use Thunderbolt instead. Really the only reason to use Magnezone in OU is as a Steel type trapper with Magnet Pull, which is really only worth using if you pair it with an attacker that is walled by Steel types. Mag is better with Choice Specs to hit harder and it really isn't that great of a defensive Pokemon, even with Assault Vest. It really likes Hidden Power Fire to kill Ferrothorn and hit Scizor harder, so I'd suggest running that over Signal Beam if you can get it. Magnezone really isn't a bad pokemon, but outside of being a Magnet Pull trapper, it's just outclassed as an offensive and defensive Pokemon and there are plenty of better things you can use if you just want to cover Gliscor's weaknesses. Heatran and Slowbro/Mega Venusaur/Azumarill cover pretty much all of Gliscor's weaknesses, so I'd suggest using one of them instead.
Ronnie (Banette) @ Banettite
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp

Mega Banette also isn't a bad Pokemon, but it's really just too frail to work in OU. It just can't take a hit and has a really hard time coming in to mega evolve. It's too slow to hit anything without priority and even with Cotton Guard/WoW, special attackers will still destroy you. The only real thing it has over Thundurus-I and Sableye is Prankster Destiny Bond, which you can only use once per battle and isn't worth using up a mega slot for. If you want a good Prankster user, use one of those two. If you want a good Ghost type, use Gengar (or Aegislash if this is in-game). Bisharp is another decent replacement because it's a physical attacker that has Knock Off and Sucker Punch.

Augie (Slurpuff) (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Sweet Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Draining Kiss
- Cotton Guard
- Calm Mind
- Energy Ball

First of all, I need a fairy type to deal with OP dragons. Secondlly, this guy has shown he can definitely handle himself in battles.
Slurpluff is just bad outside of the lower tiers. Its stats and movepool are really mediocre and the only remotely useful thing it can do is abuse Belly Drum+Unburden+Sitrus Berry, plus Scizor makes it useless. Slurpluff is vastly outclassed by Azumarill as a Belly Drum+Sitrus Bery user or just a tank and by Clefable as a Calm Mind user, so go with one of them.

Anson (Galvantula) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Sticky Web
- Energy Ball
- Volt Switch

Galvantula is another poke that just can't quite cut it in higher tiers. It does have Sticky Web, but Defog and Rapid Spin exist and outside of SW, it just doesn't hit hard enough to be useful. There are just so many better special attackers that it's hard to name a replacement. Thundurus-I and Mega Manectric are the best special Electric type attackers in OU. Shuckle is a better Sticky Web user, but it's not very good.

Wheeler (Heatran) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Roar
- Will-O-Wisp

Don't use max Speed on defensive Heatran. Go with Careful and 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe. The 248 HP is to survive an extra hit of SR.
