Ruling Gardy "Psychic Connect" Question.

This question is regarding Gardevoir PL's "Psychic Connect" PokePower.
It basically says "As often as you like you may move a {P} energy attached to 1 of your benched Pokemon to your active Pokemon."
I'm new to GG/Plox, so I don't know exactly how this power works. Can I move as many energy attached to ONE of my benched Pokemon to my active, like it says, or could I take it to imply that I can move energy as often as I want from any 1 of my benched Pokemon to my active? Meaning I could conceivably move energy from everyone on my bench to my active in the same turn?
If so, would it make sense that I could promote an active with no damage, use "Psychic Connect" to transfer 2 {P} attached to me benched Gardy, and 3{P} attached to my benched Gallade to my active, use Blissey's "Blissful Nurse" to heal everyone on my bench, use Gardy X's "Teleport" to switch it with my active, then use "Psychic Connect" again to re-distribute the energy to my active to attack?
I guess my only question regards the phrasing of the power. Let me know.

Each time you use the power, you are moving one Psychic Energy to your active Pokemon from one of your benched Pokemon. You can use the power as many times in your turn as you would like. You can move the energy around as many times as you want in your turn, but remember Blissey's Poke-Power states when it is played onto your active Chansey, you may remove damage counters from all of your Pokemon. That means you need to do your energy moving before you evolve the Chansey into Blissey Prime and that the Chansey would have to be active when you evolve it. Hope that answers your question. After doing that, you can certainly use Teleport to switch it with one of your benched Pokemon and then use Psychic Connect to move Psychic energies to it.~Mark
