Hey guys! So i have a deck idea that ive wanted to try. Its been a while since I made a deck so I threw together a quick list and not really sure what kinds of pokemon would support it, so i need your help! Here it is!

Pokemon (14):
3x Gallade-ex
3x M-Gallade-ex
3x Alakazam-ex
3x M-Alakazam-ex
2x Shaymin-ex

Trainers (35)
4x Sycamore
2x Lysandre
2x N
1x Xerosic
4x VS Seeker
4x Max Elixer (Mega Turbo?)
4x Trainer's Mail
4x Ultra Ball
3x Dimension Valley
3x Gallade Spirit Link
3x Alakazam Spirit Link

Energy (11)
3x Mystery Energy
8x Psychic Energy

Strategy: Simply put; spreading and punishing damage. Mystery energy to freely retreat between gallade and alakazam accordingly.

Like i said, its a quick list and surely needs a lot of work. Not meant to be competitive, but i want it to be the best it can be for maximum fun!

First of all, I believe you only listed 34 Trainers, not 35.

I've run both M Gallade EX and M Alakazam decks, but not together since both Megas need a "setup" Pokemon (e.g., Forretress, Gourgeist, or Trevenant BREAK) to initially spread some damage onto your opponent's Pokemon in order to create a favorable board condition for follow-on 1HKOs, IMO.

Secondly, you will find that running 2 Mega Pokemon lines in the same deck can be inherently "slow". And should your opponent Item-lock you, your setup will degrade significantly.

You may want to also incorporate 1-2 Hoopa EX to facilitate getting your EXs out faster.

Given your current list, I would suggest utilizing Alakazam EX in that initial "setup" role since it can drop damage counters and let M Gallade EX serve as the "cleaner" that inflict heavy damage onto the opponent's defending Pokemon, as well as spread more damage onto your opponent's damaged benched Pokemon.

Suggested changes for your consideration:

-3 M Alakazam EX
-3 Alakazam Spirit Link

+1 Alakazam EX - as the preferred starter, the count should be maxed-out
+2 Hoopa EX
+2 Switch - to help get unwanted active Pokemon back to the bench
+1 Mystery energy - should be maxed-out

I hope you find these comments helpful.

First of all, I believe you only listed 34 Trainers, not 35. I was just looking for a new standard build and had the same thought. Adding hoopa helped tremendously for early setup and using a Pokémon ranger helped reduce item lock even at the cost of unwavering blade. This is not a OHKO bulid but found some really good symmetry between the two. I can post my list if anyone is interested.. i feel it needs work but has a strong start. Losing dimension valley slows dn M Gallade quite a bit but depending on the meta, it could work out w the loss of speed decks such as queen and NM
