This is my first build published here, so I do apologize if any errors are made. Please keep in mind this is meant to be a fun deck, not for competitive play. However, if it could be made competitive, I would be interested to hear ideas. :)
Also, the Arceus is from the Hoopa EX box set of which recently came out and I don't know the abbreviation is for Black Star Promos.

Strategy:

The idea behind the deck is to use Arceus's second attack, Judgment Blast, to deal as much damage as possible; much like that of the old Ho-Oh EX.
The math works out to be an even 180 with 5 different energies and a muscle band. The setup of this, however can be a tad slow without the help of cards such as Smeargle and Bronzong to accelerate and fix energy types on Arceus.
I opted for the Landorus over Yveltal as Shout of Power, while slightly weaker, can attach any energy from the discard where Yveltal is limited to dark energy. Landorus also has the attack Sky Lariat of which can be used for 2-3 hit KO's on EXs and Megas.
Smeargle is there for it's ability Second Coat, of which allows you to interchange any basic energy attached to the active with any different basic energy in the discard; allowing for a much easier setup than if you were to do this with Landorus alone.
I opted for BREAKthrough Bronzor over the Phantom Forces Bonzor simply because it has 60 HP over the 50 HP that PHF Bronzor has.
PHF Bronzor is there to accelerate energy, allowing for a 2 turn Arceus, 3 turns if you struggle to get Bronzong out. You attach 1 or 2 metal energy and change any excess with Smeargle's ability.
Float Stone is also in here for Bronzong, as an anti Lysandre play; not to be used as a replacement for switch.

Octillery is in this deck instead of Shaymin EX because I don't like having Shaymin EX as the only EX in a deck. It allows the opponent to catch up, or gain the lead in the prize exchange, when you could simply have a 1 for 2 prize exchange or 1 for 1; where your opponent has a 2 for 1 prize exchange.
Although, if you prefer Shaymin EX over Octillery, by all means, change the 1-1 line of Octillery to a 2 of Shaymin EX. I just have a personal preference for Octillery.
