Forum Team Transparency

At the bottom right-hand corner of the main page of the PokeBeach.com forums, there is a link to the Forum Team, but it only shows the Supermods and the Admin. Can the list of Strategists and/or Mods be displayed too?

No, that's just the way it works...it only shows the Supermods and Administrator for whatever reason.

I don't really believe the Strategists should be there, only the mods. Reason is is that the strategist don't really do anything except write, and they're already represented as a link on the main site, so there's no reason to put them in two places.

But I do believe the mods should be there.

But since WPM doesn't know how to fix it, there may be someone here who does. Maybe he/she/it could post/PM and help?

I can see if one of my friends knows how to fix it. He's currently running a PPH board (or PPB or PPHB, whatever the heck Pokegym's forums are on) and if this runs on the same board or one like it, he may be able to help out. No guarantees, but I'll try. He's usually extremely busy.

And everybody is a part of this site, since they are all on the Forums. I just believe that since we really don't do anything except type up some fat paragraphs, that we don't really "belong" the credit on the "Forum Team" link.

The definition of team is Form or "work together" as a team. We work with the mods Coordinating times, dates for reviews, and we take the time to type up these quote "fat paragraphs." The members of this site use the site, but the people who are involved within it are "apart" of it and therefor we are apart of the forum team... Now yes the memebers are apart of the site as well, but there not within it...

Well, it IS WPM's choice to put us Strategists names in the Forum Team because well, he's the Admin. And Jreeves, you shoudl understand that other normal members aren't able to view the Strategist Forum because it would ruin the fun and they know what card we are going to be Reviewing on that specific Week. Plus, they will know what we will be discussing about and what format we will use for the reviews.

I see no reason for jreeves to fight for credit on the main site. If you're only doing the work so you can be viewed as a higher member on the forums then stop.

On topic- I might be able to help, I have some forums, their not very popular, but I think I could help, if I find out Ill PM WPM and post it here.

Is there a database you can access to show all the mods and stratigiists? I there is then there might be a way to get into it but I am not sure how it works because each host is diffrent and I don't know how it works. Sorry guys.
