In this forum you can create a forum game, humor thread, funny fanfic, or something unique that doesn't fit in the other forums! The forum moderators will be the ones to decide if your thread sticks around. So before posting, you have the option to PM Shining Raikou, or another Super Mod, asking what they think about your game/thread idea or post.
Games that do not show plenty of activity within the first week will be locked. Some games may also be locked for quality reasons. (ex: no clear direction of what to do in the game (confusing), the game has a lot of rule breakers, etc.) You should report all spammers/rule breakers in your games immediately for this reason. Note that the only offenses that moderators currently warn for in games are for neglecting the word limit and not obeying the YPPY rule. Any other rules violations will usually be handled by verbal warning.
Forum Rules & Guidelines:
1) Obviously, all PokéBeach rules apply. They are at the top of every forum, if you don't know them, I suggest you read them.
2) You are only allowed 2 games max. We will not approve you for a second game unless your other one is operating well. There is no longer an RPG limit. However, any threads with little to no activity, off topic discussion, or plenty of rule breaking will be reviewed and possibly locked. You may only run 1 RPG at a time.
3) Post your thread and it will be reviewed by a forum moderator shortly. If it is well thought out we will allow it to stay, if it is not then it will be locked. Your thread will also get checked on at the end of the first week it exists for activity and rule following. Report rule breakers in your games by using the report button or PMing me.
4) This is not a spam free for all forum. If you go around just posting complete nonsense, or something that doesn't have a lick to do with what the thread topic is, you will be warned. Repeat offenders will be banned from this forum for good. Basically, have fun, laugh, and post. But be on your best behavior as you would in any other forum.
5) There are now prefix tags for games. You can use these as prefix tags before you make your thread or a moderator will put them there to classify what it is.
"(PM to join)" or "RPG" - Threads marked with this require you to PM the original poster of the thread to get permission to post there. If you ask to join the game in the thread you will receive a 20% warning.
"RPG, currently not accepting" - Means not to ask about joining, the game is currently full.
"(Open)" - Threads marked with this do not require you to PM the original poster. All members may post in these threads.
"YPPY" - (You-Person-Person-You) After you post, you must wait until two other people post before posting again. Those who break this rule will receive a 20% warning.
Also be aware some games may have a YPPY rule or a rule on the number of words you are allowed to post, and you may be warned if these rules are broken.
A brief explanation of what we expect:
Games: Must be fun for all age groups, and not contain spam-evoking content or blatant stupidity. (ex: "The type whatever you want game", "Rate my sig/avatar/bio", "Comment on the person above you".) Make a fun game that you put thought into if you want it to stick around.
Humor & other threads: Joke threads are not allowed for single jokes. You should post them in the designated joke thread. Anything involving YouTube, or funny images you saw around the internet goes in the "You laugh, you lose" thread. Other ideas for threads will be entertained but don't count on it being approved. If it's really funny or interesting we might allow it. Other types of threads that may be allowed are funny poems, songs, stories, and non-serious guides.
