Flying and Surfing Pikachu Cards

This might be obvious to some, but apart from the Rising Rivals one Pikachus being shinies, what's the difference in the pictures?

I have both and I can't spot a single difference between them. I think the base set Pikachu is the only one whose art was modified.

Yeah, I can't see a difference between the arts either.

According to the Bulbapedia pages for both cards, they each had an exclusive Japanese promo print for an airline and a railway that involved different art (a plane and a train in the background, respectively), but other than that, the first print and the reprint are essentially identical.
