I see a library,but no tutorial.ALOT of fan games have failed very quickly.Hopefully this Tutorial will help.
Basics
-Try and mention at least some information about the story.Nobody knows what its about otherwise.
-Try and think of some pokemon designs first.
-Say what you need at the current moment of time.
-Name the starting town,and mabye some routes.
-Try not to sound noobish in the first post.It puts people off.
Helpful tips
-Make a banner leading to the thread.Then people can see you post and decide to go to the thread(Mabye)
-If there isn't Enough space on the thread,make forums.I recommend z6invisionfree.
-Try and write a fan fiction about it.
-Don't spam or advertise when it is NOT aloud.That will decrease popularity entirely.
