FAKING GUIDE. (Mods Please Lock If You Don't Think This Is Nessesary.)

Here is my guide! Sorry, it's really messyXD It was really big, so I had to put it onto 3 parts. I know I'm not the best faker, so this guide does not show how to make the perfect cards.

Here is my guide in TEXT.

Starting Your Card: Steps 1-5:

STEP#1 Get a picture. Make sure it is big enough and looks nice. Remember to give credit to the artist.

STEP#2 Get a blank for the card, and add the picture to it.

STEP#3 Get a picture of the Pokemon that it's evolving from.

STEP#4 Put that picture in a the circle. Then add it to the card.

STEP:#5 Get the symbols you will need, like energy symbols,
Poke-Body and Poke-Power symbols, Lv. X and EX symbols.

Making A Spoiler: Steps 6-10:

STEP#6 Make up a Poke-Body/Poke-Power if needed. The text used for the Poke-Body/Poke-Power should be as big as the attack's abilty text. Also get the LV. for the card. The text on the Lv. should be very small.

STEP#7 Make up the attack(s) for your Pokemon. The attacks text should be pretty big, but the attacks abilty should be much smaller.

STEP#8 Get the HP and HP symbol. The HP symbol should be much smaller then the actual HP.

STEP#9 You must, must use proper grammer! If you do not the card will look very sloppy and un-proffesional.



Adding All Of The Symbols,Attacks ect. Steps 10-14:

STEP#10 Add the Poke-Body/Poke-Power symbol and text, if needed.

STEP#11 Add the energy symbols.

STEP#12 Add the attack(s) names and effects.

STEP#13 Add The Weakness,Resistance, And Reatreat Cost. Make sure you add one of these,+30,+20, +10 x2, to the weakness and resitance. Not all Pokemon have weakness resistance, and reatreat cost, so you don't have add these if you want.

STEP#14 Add the Lv. symbol.




Adding the finishing touches! Steps 15-18:

STEP#15 Add the name of the Pokemon that card evolves from. Make sure the text is small.

STEP#16 Add the Pokemon's #, height, weight, and The type it is. (Not the energy type, but the actual type of Pokemon it is, like Squirlte is a Tiny Turtle Pokemon.)

STEP#17 Add the artist's name that illustrated the art you used.

STEP#18 Add the Pokemon's desciption.

Question: Where do we get energy symbols, poke-power/body symbols and such? Great guide, BTW :)
 
Would it work just as well if we took the energy symbols from already made cards and such?
 
Well you would have to get rid of the stuff around the energy, then you could use them.

If you want you can just use the energy I use. Their saved in png, so there de-pixled. I'm missing a few energy though....

seriously... i hate art and anything that has anything t o do w/ it..... but infernape you are the man..... do you have a page w/ your collection of work....

Good, but the cards all fall apart because you havent got the right font. It make sit look really unproffesional. You can down;oad the right font to use, don't use the one you are using as it looks wrong :/
