Very nice! I love the use of anime images. Seems like that's a perfect option to get images that look official as can be but are still new. You've got a few inconsistencies and mistakes, mostly in the info box and Pokédex entries: it should be "It cries itself to sleep sometimes. It can scream as loud as a jet plane." and "It stomps its feet to power up. It can topple lorries over." for grammatical correctness. I can't really judge the effects and stuff, but the cards look cute. :3
