Help Extreme Speed or Last Resort for Arceus-Normal?

I'm currently trying to find a good move set for Arceus-Normal and so far I've narrowed it down to two for him:

Arceus @ Life Orb
Jolly Nature
4 HP, 252 ATK, 252 Speed

• Swords Dance
• Extreme Speed
• Shadow Claw / Stone Edge
• Earthquake

Arceus @ Life Orb
Jolly Nature
252 ATK, 4 DEF, 252 Speed

• Swords Dance
• Last Resort

I'm kind of leaning toward the ExtremeKiller set where Last Resort feels too gimmicky, what do you think?

Extreme Speed allows you to use a priority move and bypass Sucker Punch. That is much better than the incredibly situational Last Resort.

Extreme Speed is what you want. Last Resort isn't good on Arceus because of all the better options it has. Having only Swords Dance and Last Resort also makes it impossible for you to hit Giratina and other ghost-types. It also makes you have problems against Dialga.

I've also been contemplating a Timid Nature with Judgment for STAB though I'm not sure If it'd be any better than Extreme Speed If I were to go for Jolly Nature. The priority's too good to pass up however I'd also like an all around counter to the threats Arceus faces in Ubers, though I'm not sure If Arceus-Fairy would fare better than the Extreme Killer set.
