Ruling Extreme Attack & Pokemon Prime

Okay, this question seems pretty self explanitory, but I just want to make sure.

Flygon Lv X's Extreme Attack does 150 damage to any Pokemon Lv X.

Do pokemon Prime/Great Count for Extreme attack?

If I have Typhlosion Great on my bench, can Flygon Extreme attack it?

No, as they are not Pokemon Lv. X.
They are just a regular Pokemon, but their name happens to be in Gold, that's the only thing that makes them "special."
