It's been assumed that there will be a console port (likely WiiU) for some time, since that's a very common distribution method for Tekken (that is, arcade machine followed by home console release), but it's not yet been confirmed, nor has a localization been confirmed. Though an international release of the console version is highly likely given that Pokémon is such a huge money-maker worldwide, and even Pokémon spin-off games that would have had less of an international interest than a Pokémon/Tekken hybrid (like, say, Pokémon Conquest which was a combo with another series that was never even brought out of Japan) have gotten worldwide releases.
Nobunaga's Ambition is definitely more niche than Tekken but it did see western releases before Conquest was even a thought.
Pokemon spinoffs tend not to do huge numbers and the low Wii U user install base wouldn't help things, but as long as Namco can easily get the game working on the Wii U hardware, we'll surely get a port.
