Oh my, could someone explain me well Hippowdon lv.X's Poke-Power??

Level-Up

Poke-Power: Sand Reset
You can use this Power once per game, during your turn. Each player returns all of his or her cards in play, other than Pokemon and Supporter cards, to his or her deck. Then, each player shuffles his or her deck. This Power can’t be used if you already used another Sand Reset Poke-Power during this game.
[F][F][C][C] Double Shoot: Discard 2 Fighting Energy attached to Hippowdon and do 40 damage to 2 of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: Lightning (-20)
Retreat: 4

Since it's the translation and there's no English print yet, I'll just say what I'm assuming it does.

Basically, once per GAME, both players return ALL cards in play other than Pokemon and Supporters (so I'll assume it targets all the energy, stadiums, TM's, Tools, etc) into their decks and shuffles.

Basically after you use the power, the only thing's that should be left in play should be Pokemon and the Supporter that you used that turn (if any).

It should combo quite nicely with decks that don't use energy (SF Gyarados anyone?).

It clears everything except for the Pokemon and the Supporter you have out (if you used one). hukedonanime explained this in detail to be honest.

If you're wondering, you would discard Dusknoir Lv.X with Sand Reset because he would be a stadium(supposing you're talking about after Dusknoir Lv.X is knocked out).

Um... no. It would not be discarded with Sand Reset. It says if it would be discarded by a Power, attack, or effect, put it back to your hand. You are not discarding it or anything when you use Sand Reset. Dusknoir Lv. X gets shuffled back into your deck with everything else. It reads, "all cards", it doesnt exclude Stadiums, and a Stadium is still in play.
