Me and my friend are kinda discussing how the expert belt is played. I'm about 99.9% sure on this, he is iffy on it.
If Eevee is evolved into say Flareon (RR) or Vaporeon (RR) and you have the expert belt attched to the said evolution. Would the Belt be discarded when using Underdevelop to de-evolve into Eevee? I say it stays and he's iffy on it.
