Ruling expert belt and plus power

if i use any pokemon that does damage to itself e.g. ramparados

and i attach pluspowers and an expert belt and ramparados knock out a pokemon will i do damage more damage to myslef than usual.
Because pp and expert says does __ damage more to the active pokemon

Expert Belt states damage to your opponent's active Pokemon so it doens't increase the damage you take from confusion. Pluspower does not specify which active Pokemon so it will do the extra damage to you if you attack yourself while confused.~Mark
