Ex Winter Blizzard/Aqua Geyser

Here you can post any Ice or water pokemon that you would like. You can Even make owner cards like "Misty's seal" or something like that. I also made some new special conditions:

Frozen- whenever the frozen pokemon attacks flip a coin, if tails the attack does nothing and your opponent may draw a card. The Frozen pokemon can retreat freely without this penalty. It is removed when the pokemon evolves.

Soaked- Damage by Fire, Lightning and Metal pokemon that is affected is reduced by 30 and damage done by Water pokemon affected is increased by 10.(after applying weakness and resistance.)
