Please don't give suggestion for Pokémon spoilers yet. I haven't finished the set yet.
I'll only tell that one there'll be 2 decks, 1 with Ho-oh and other with Parallel Lugia. You can give suggestion for deck names and trainer cards.

RE: EX Parallel Realm <----Took alot of time and did it because I was ÜBER bored...X.X

Pretty good. But why not make a Parallel ho-oh? (I'm not posting a spoiler: just an idea.) If 1 deck has parallel lugia, then the other deck should have parallel ho-oh. I have an idea for deck names.
Rainbow Burst (contains parallel ho-oh and all the other types besides dark and metal.)

Psychic Junction (contains parallel lugia with some psychic types and dark and metal types.)

Rainbow Burst Description:
In the Rainbow Burst Theme Deck, your opponents will scramble in fear as they see your pokemon! Weaken them up with other pokemon, then use Parallel Ho-oh's *insert strongest attack here* to lead you to victory!

Psychic Junction Description:
Your opponents will be hoping to win with the powerful Psychic Junction Theme Deck. Use many cards to change types of your pokemon, then use the metal and dark energy cards to get an advantage! Combine them with Parallel Lugia and use Psyblast to dazzle your opponents. With the power of Parallel pokemon on your side, there's no way you can lose!

Is there anything else I can do to help?

Hm, good idea :p! But as I said before, This world's Pokémon defend this world, and at the same time, the parallel Pokémons try to invade this realm.
The idea is just that Ho-oh fights against the another world's Lugia. Anyway, good deck ideas, I'll use them and put your name as reference xD!!

*Edit*The only problem is that all types besides dark/metal will be too weird for starter decks...:p

RE: EX Parallel Realm <----Took alot of time and did it because I was ÜBER bored...X.X

But there are some decks with 4 different types. There's 1 deck that comes with a bunch of different energy cards. Also, maybe i could design the booster packs. I still have an old booster making kit on paint.

EDIT: http://img230.imageshack.us/my.php?image=boosters1cp.png
If you want booster images, here they are. But I couldn't find the fonts, and I thought that you might want to make the symbol yourself, so I left them for you.
(credit to the people that made them)
NOTE: Why is pichu there? Maybe a pichu, or even a pichu * could be in the set...

RE: EX Parallel Realm <----Took alot of time and did it because I was ÜBER bored...X.X

RE: EX Parallel Realm <----Took alot of time and did it because I was ÜBER bored...X.X

there should be trainer cards that switch your opponents parallel pokemon to normal, so that they cant attack, or they attack their fellow parallel pokemon, or some thing like that. also would the trainer cards be parallel, like in delta species when they had holon trainers and all that?

RE: EX Parallel Realm <----Took alot of time and did it because I was ÜBER bored...X.X

Chazmander: Yes, such as TMTA and DS. And NO, that idea's too broken!!!! Nothing offensive, but most of the cards on the set are Parallel!!
