Ex Last Resort/Final choice

Here you make "Final" pokemon and trainer cards which are like *pokemon, because when you are losing, the stronger they become, or they can come out of nowhere when you are losing. You can also make "knocked out" moves, which is the theme of this expansion but make sure there is a high cost for it(penalty). Also I made a new type of trainer card which is Last Resort. Here are some examples:

Trainer: Suicide Cannon
Last Resort
Effect: This card can't be used unless you only have one pokemon in play or your opponent has 2 prize cards left or your pokemon have 30 damage counters (300 damage) all in all.

Choose one of your pokemon, that pokemon is now knocked out. The defending pokemon is also knocked out.

Pokemon:
Final Entei (F)70 Hp
Effect: Effect: This card can't be used unless your opponent has 2 or less prize cards left or your pokemon have 30 damage counters (300 damage) all in all. You can play Final Entei from your hand into play when you do not have anymore pokemon in play. Once during your turn when you put Final Entei from your hand into play, you may attach as much as energy to it from your hand and/or discard pile for each prize card your opponent has taken.

(F) Burning back up 20- search your discard pile for a basic pokemon and put in into your bench.
(F)(F)(F)(F)(F) Flame of hope - choose one of your pokemon, that pokemon is now knocked out, and the defending pokemon is also kncked out.

Energy:
Last Energy (C)
For each prize card your opponent has taken, this energy provides (C) energy plus energy of all types but provides only one energy at a time.

Is it complicated? PM me if you don't understand, how it works.

wait a second?, it can only be used ... if your pokemon have 300 damage counters in total, put it in play when you don't have anymore pokemon in play?, how can your pokemon have 300 damage then?

the last energy is fat beyond broken, if it provided 1 (c) + 1 more (c) for every price card your opponent has taken more then you have, it would be more reasonable, well, a little bit more

Well maybe once you attach it, you can't attach anymore energies until the end of the game. and instead of (C) make it rainbow. 300 damage is just another option. It doesn't say you can't play it when you still have pokemon. Its just an option, so if all your pokemon are wiped out, you can play it from your hand as a last resort. Its not a requirement, the requirements are, "This card can't be used unless your opponent has 2 or less prize cards left or your pokemon have 30 damage counters (300 damage) all in all."
