I am in the middle of creating a set in which every Pokemon (Even Common/Uncommons) have a Power/Body!

Extreme Powers

1. Dewgong HR
HP: 70
Type: Water
Stage 1 Pokémon- Evolves from Seel

PokéBody: Energy Freeze
Whenever an attack from the Defending Pokémon damages Dewgong (even if Dewgong is Knocked Out), flip a coin. If heads, discard an Energy Card from the Attacking Pokémon.

W Glacier Strike
Place 2 damage counters on 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. (don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

WCC Ice Beam 40
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed.

Retreat Cost: 1

2. Dusclops HR
HP: 70
Type: Psychic
Stage 1 Pokémon- Evolves from Duskull

PokéPower: Shadow Cast
Whenever Dusclops is damaged by an attack from the Defending Pokémon (even if Dusclops is Knocked Out), the Defending Pokémon can’t retreat during your opponent’s next turn.

C Haunt 10
During your next turn, all attacks by Dusclops do 10 more damage. (after applying Weakness and Resistance)

PCC Pain Wave 40
Place 1 damage counter on one of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. (don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

3. Exploud HR

Type: Normal
Stage 2 Pokémon- Evolves from Loudred

Exploud can’t be Asleep.

This attack does 20 damage plus 10 damage for each of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon.

CCC Overwhelm 50
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused.

Type: Metal
Stage 1 Pokémon- Evolves from Pineco

PokéBody: Resistant Shell
Reduce all damage done to Forretress by 30. (after applying Weakness and Resistance.)

CC Barge 20x
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 20 damage times the number of Heads.

CCC Hyper Beam 30
Discard an Energy card from the Defending Pokémon.

Weakness: Fire
Resistance: Grass -30
Retreat Cost: 3

5. Gardevoir HR
HP: 120
Type: Psychic
Stage 2 Pokémon- Evolves from Kirlia

PokéPower: Psychic Barrier
As long as Gardevoir is in play, ignore all effects of attacks (including damage) done to your benched Pokémon by attacks.

P Magical Merge
Move as many Energy as you like from your Benched Pokémon to Gardevoir.

PPCC Controlling Psychic 60
Choose a card in your opponent’s hand without looking and discard it.

Whenever you attach a Fire Energy to Houndoom, search your deck for a Dark Energy and attach it to Houndoom.

The Defending Pokémon is now Burned.

7. Jynx HR
HP: 70
Type: Psychic

PokéPower: Partner Boost
As long as Mr. Mime is in play, Jynx can’t be affected by Special Conditions.

C Slap Down 10x
Flip a coin until you get heads. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads.

PCC Psychic Link 30+
This attack does 30 damage plus 10 damage for every Psychic type Pokémon in play.

8. Manetric HR
HP: 70
Type: Electric
Stage 1 Pokémon- Evolves from Electrike
PokéPower: Shock Play
When you play Manetric down from your hand to evolve one of your Pokémon, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed.

C Static Charge 10+
If the Defending Pokémon is Paralyzed, this attack does 10 damage plus 30 more damage.

TCC Thunder 80
Discard 2 Energy from Manetric. Flip a coin. If tails, place 2 damage counters on Manetric.

Weakness: Fighting

Retreat Cost: 2

9. Mr. Mime HR
HP: 70
Type: Psychic

PokéPower: Partner Boost
As long as Jynx is in play, Mr. Mime’s attacks do 20 more damage to the Defending Pokémon. (after applying Weakness and Resistance.)

C Double Slap 10x
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads.

PPC Pure Power
Place 5 damage counters on your opponent’s Pokémon in any way you like.

10. Nidoqueen HR
HP: 120
Type: Fighting
Stage 2 Pokémon- Evolves from Nidorina

PokéBody: Dual Armor
As long as Nidoqueen has any Grass Energy attached to it, Nidoqueen is both Grass and Fighting.

C Poison Sting 10
The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned.

FFCC Earthquake 100
Place 2 damage counters on each player’s Benched Pokémon.

11. Scizor HR

Type: Metal
Stage 1 Pokémon- Evolves from Scyther

PokéPower: Claw
Once during your turn(before you attack), you may place 1 damage counter on one of your opponent’s Pokémon.

M Shell Shed
Search your deck for up to 3 in any combination of Scyther, Scyther ex, Scizor and Scizor ex and place them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

CCC Iron Wing 90-
Discard all non-Metal Energy. This attack does 90 damage minus 10 damage for each card you discarded in this way.

This attack does 10 damage times the number of Energy cards in your discard pile.

During your next turn, Fist Hit’s base damage is 100.

16. Delcatty R

Type: Normal

As long as Delcatty has 30 or more remaining HP, all attacks by Delcatty do 30 more damage.

The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned.

Ignore all effects of attacks (excluding damage) done to Grumpig by attacks from Pokémon ex.

If the Defending Pokémon is an Evolved Pokémon, the Defending Pokémon is Confused. If the Defending Pokémon is a Basic Pokémon, the Defending Pokémon is Asleep.

PCC Smashing Wave 50
Place 1 damage counter on one of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon.

18. Ludicolo R

Type: Grass
Stage 2 Pokémon-evolves from Lombre

PokéPower: Hydro Boost
All attacks by Ludicolo do 10 more damage for each Water Energy attached to Ludicolo. (You can’t add more then 50 damage in this way.)

GGC Giga Drain 50
Remove damage counters from Ludicolo equal to the amount of damage Giga Drain does to the Defending Pokémon. (Remove all damage counters if there are less then that.)

19. Manetric R

Type: Electric
Stage 1 Pokémon – evolves from Electrike

PokéPower: Overcharge
Whenever you play Manetric from your hand to evolve one of your Benched Pokémon, your opponent discards their hand and draws that many cards from their deck.

C Power Rush 10
Discard an Energy card from every Pokémon in play that has energy attached to it.

TCC Smash Down 50+
If Manetric’s remaining HP is 30 or less, this attack does 50 damage plus 20 damage.

Once during your turn(before your attack), you may search your deck for a Shedinja and place it on your Bench. That Pokémon counts as a Basic Pokémon. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

C Baton Pass
Switch Ninjask with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. During your next turn, all attacks by your Active Pokémon do 30 more damage. (before applying Weakness and Resistance.)

CCC Cut 50

Weakness: Fire
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: 1

21. Pelipper R
HP: 70
Type: Water

PokéPower: Keen Eye
Pelipper can attack once every turn no matter what effects are on Pelipper and the Defending Pokémon. You can’t use this Power if Pelipper is affected by a Special Condition.

C Stock Pile
Place 1 Energy card attached to Pelipper upside down. This counts as a Stockpile counter. You may still use that card to provide Energy for Pelipper’s attacks. If all Energy cards on Pelipper are Stockpile Counters, this attack does nothing.

CC Swallow Up
You may only use this attack if Pelipper has any Stockpile Counters attached to it. You may change any amount of Stockpile Counters on Pelipper into Energy cards. Remove 3 damage counters for every Stockpile Counter you removed in this way.

WC Spit Up 30x
You may only use this attack if Pelipper has any Stockpile Counters attached to it. You may change any amount of Stockpile Counters on Pelipper into Energy Cards. This attack does 30 damage times the number of Stockpile Counters removed in this way.

22. Primeape R

Type: Fighting

PokéPower: Raging Fury
As often as you like(during your turn), you may discard 1 Energy card from Primeape. Then, your opponent discards 1 card from their hand. (Your opponent decides which card to discard.)

FCC Heavy Punch 30+
You may search your deck for any amount of Energy cards and discard them. This attack does 30 damage plus 10 damage for every energy discarded in this way.

Retreat Cost: 2

About the exs..... I have a list, and there are exs.... 9 exs actually... including BOTH of Wurmple's evolutions!
