Ruling espeon MD and espeon prime question

just wanna confirm stuff about this pokemons body.

does sunlight veil adds 20 hp to all eveelutions every turn or it adds only once?

and when MD espeon is kO will the HP of the eveelutions revert back to its original HP? or it will retain the added 20?


in regards to espeon prime.

umbreon UD attacked my espeon prime with moonlight fang. will espeon prime be able to damage umbreon if i used speed slide via memories of evolution given that i have a glaceon MD #5 on my bench?? thanks
 
Sunlight Veil is constantly active as long as it is in play. When it gets KO'd it no longer is in play so the Pokemon lose the benefit of Sunlight Veil. Speed Slide ignore's all effects on the Defending Pokemon so it does do the damage. Please also include either the scan in your post or a link to a scan.~Mark
