Pokémon XY: Episode 43​

Ash and the gang appear to be having fun as usual in the upcoming episode of Pokemon anime. They're seen traveling to a mysterious tower that has an uncanny semblance to Mega Lucario, and the history of Mega Evolution.

I wonder what kind of secrets are contained in this mysterious tower! And what is the importance of the scroll that Jesse has somehow obtained? This episode appears to show a lot of promise!

I'm looking forward to this episode. In the games the tower of mastery is where we learned about Mega Evolution and used it for ourselves the first time. Will Ash also receive the required Mega Ring here to allow his Pokémon to Mega Evolve? I guess he (sadly) won't get a Lucario, though. Even though that would be awesome.

I assume the gym battle will be concluded in the episode after this, since Pikachu will face Mega Lucario in it.
