If Dugtrio successfully KO Manectric with Magnitude, will the player who controls Manectric receive damage for his benched pokemon due to Magnitude?

When you attack, you're doing all damage/effects of that attack first. THEN you check to see if any Pokemon were knocked out. So the damage would be done to Manectric, and you couldn't do any to their bench, and only after that is when Manectric is knocked out.
