I need some help with this one. I win a decent amount with it, but setting up is occasionally difficult.
Anyway the jist of the deck is to use cascoon's attack (basically water duplicates) to get out the other cascoons, then use grovyle to get out a dustox each turn while attacking with ariados' trapping thread attack, which says items and supporters have no effect on the defending Pokemon, meaning they can't use switch, Tate, or Mallow/Lana, nor can they heal with mixed herbs, PCL, etc. So they die slowly but can't do much in the meantime. Celebi comes in once in mid game to act as three or four devo sprays, generally one time use.
Grimsley is there to fix damage so the active dies coming into your turn. Faba is to delete pre-existing escape boards, or maybe a chaotic swell if you need to play power plant against dawn wings, Cobalion, or Articuno. Luckily they aren't around much right now, because a couple power plants probably won't save you anyway.
The problem I'm having is basically if I don't get grovyle quickly I sometimes don't get set up at all. Another issue is I really want a couple lusamine to recycle Grimsley and power plant, but I went up to 12 draw supporters to address the first problem.
Are there more efficient card choices I could be making? Should I play more basics to hit them easier? Would Steven's or Rosa help? I would need to trade for Rosa. I kinda wish the new incense card was already a thing.
