If you use Dusknior's Night Spin attack and on you opponents turn they use warp point. Could they hit Dusknior on the bench with a pokemon sniping for less than 3 energy? Does the effect of Night Spin stay in effect?
I think it should, but i doubt it does. Since the card doesnt specify "the defending pokemon".

Night Spin's effect is on Dusknoir; it goes away if Dusknoir goes to the Bench.
