Ruling Dusknoir LV.X VS Tangrowth SF

If Tangrowth SF is at 10HP and has the PokeBody - Green Renewal to heal 1 damage counter between turns and if Dusknoir LV.X has become a stadium card and able to use the Pokepower - Ectoplasm to put one damage counter on every one of your opponent's Pokemon, does:

A. Tangrowth heal one before Ectoplasm's Effect is used?

B. Ectoplasm knock out Tangrowth before it can heal?

-OR- C. Cancels the damage out, making the damage invaild?
 
All effects that occur between turns take place before checking for KOs. Both effects happen at the same time so it doesn't matter.~Mark
