Is anyone else exited for this to release here in the states this May?

It will be nice to watch DBZ without 100 episode long fight scenes. I don't really have too much money to spare, though.
 
Dragonball Z Kai is basically every episode of Z "remastered" and in High Definition, unlike the FUNimation "remastered" series, these will have some new animation in several scenes, along with outlining the characters to make them look "newer" and more. It's scaled down and will be about 100 episodes instead of almost 300 because there will be no filler, it will follow straight like the manga.
 
That kinda is saddening. There was just something about every original episode that I liked. I guess it won't be too bad though. Maybe Cartoon Network will air it in the US.
