To the OP, you can put in any cards you want, but you should stick with Modified format if you want to play the deck competitively. You can find the rules here:

Of the cards you listed Holon Lass will be going out of format at the end of the month, but the rest look fine.
Uh last I checked (not copying previous poster) Lv.X is a Level Up. Not an Evolution Card or BasicLieutenant Houndoom said:
