okay here's the sonario. i have a DCE attached to my Gyarados with another energy like a call or something. would i beable to do any damage to mr.mime?

No. Mr. Mime's Airy Wall Poké-BODY specifically states energy cards, meaning at least 3 separate physical energy cards must be attached in order for Gyarados to do damage.
