strategy set up donphan hit w/ earthquake and heavy impact. stark mountain and regirock to give donphan a fast heavy impact i prefer seeker over super scoop up to pick up damage donphan or reuse uxie i put 3 warp point to put in on bench for seeker. manectric to protect bench and ERL for surprise KO

I don't like Seeker in fast decks.. Exchanger helps you a lot for getting Rainbow/Warp energies.

+ 1 Oak's
You've got only 10 basic pokemon... I don't like bad starts, and you need just 1 energy to attach.

i dont use super scoop up and i switch it with seeker because a lot of trainer lock is there and it is 50-50 chance to grab a pokemon but w/ seeker sure i can get
regirock is for quick heavy impact joined by stark mountain

Set up t-1 Donphan. Use Mesprit and seeker to power lock. Seeker's good to donk with.

the list that you gave is good but if i will use that i will remove manectric and ERL and add more mesprit
