Strategy
Get Donphan out fast and use Earthquake for early KO's and to put damage on your bench, then as soon as you can have energy on Donphan and Fighting Tag with Machamp to get him out doing 150 dmg every hit with champ buster (also have another Machamp prime on bench ready to switch with other Machamp with fighting tag to conserve energy and keep a bigger lead).

Just revamped it, just putting it on here to see what people think. Enjoy :D

RE: DonChamp

Hello!
The decks is good, but I'd make some changes!!
Pokemon:
- 2-2 Noctowl (draw a card every turn isn't as useful as it seems... 4 slots may be used in a better way)
+ 1 Cleffa (very useful refresher, a must there)
+ 1 Pokemon Reversal (2 are useless)
+ 1 Professor Oak's New Theory (they provide a consistent refresh)
+ 1 Junk Arm (always good)

Trainers:
- 1 Professor Elm's Training Method (3 are too much... 2 is the perfect number)
- 1 Professor Juniper (discard is never a good thing... more PONTs are undoubtedly better)
- 1 Copycat (too founded on the circumstance...)
- 2 Interviewer's Questions (not useful in a deck like this, they'll always be a dead draw)
+ 1 Professor Oak's New Theory
+ 1 Rare Candy (IMHO 2 aren't enough... you don't draw a lot)
+ 1 Junk Arm
+ 1 Pokemon Reversal
+ 1 Pokemon Communication (the 4x guarantees a very consisten deck)

Energies:
- 2 Fighting Energies (10 are toooo many... 8 is strong)
+ 2 Rescue Energies (perfect there)

I'm not really sure about the 3x of Junk Arm, but overall I that think so the deck is stronger.
Hope I helped, I spent a lot of time for this :D

RE: DonChamp

The only thing i dont like about your changes are that, that leaves me with 9 supporters and I prefer to have at least 10 just so i can use one almost every turn. As far as the Noctowl line, i found that my deck was running pretty slow before so i threw them in a few days ago and since then its been nice and quick to set up and even have Machamp prime out doing 150 dmg quickly. But i do appreciate the help and suggestions and i will be takling some of them.

RE: DonChamp

Having more supporters than trainers is really a better thing! It makes the deck much faster ;)
