Ruling Dome Fossil AoA Question

Can I have Dome fossil Active when the game starts, attach a fight energy use its Body to evolve it and then Use Kabuto's Fast Evoultion attack?
 
WHy couldn't you? I mean there is nothing that says that you cant attack first turn and you evolved through a body kinda like you would have with rare candy.
