Ruling Does leveling up cure special conditions

Leveling Up removes all special conditions from your Pokemon. Leveling down also does that.

Leveling-up counts as evolving in the sense that it removes all special conditions and effects from the target Pokemon. The only time it does not do that is if there is a specific Poke-Body in play that says so (Gliscor promo, Toxicroak MT, Heatran LV.X).
