It depends on which Johto season you're looking for. The Johto Journeys have yet to be released on box set, so I downloaded them from a torrent and burned my own DVDs. The Johto League Champions have not been released on box set either, but the single DVDs are much easier to find than that of the Johto Journeys. As for Master Quest, the two box sets that make up this season can easily be found on multiple online stores. I recommend visiting Amazon.com and checking what the individual sellers have to offer (the seller price is usually much cheaper than if bought directly from Amazon).
