Ruling Ditto LA

k. so dittos pokebody reads "As long as Ditto is your active pokemon, its maxium HP is the same as your opponents active pokemon." Ok now lets say im vs a Kingler from Great encounters so that means my dittos HP is 90 then i use crabhammer for 30 putting Kingler at 60 Hp left, does my ditto now have 60HP or do i still have 90 HP since that was Kinglers Starting HP???

You have the maximum HP, so Ditto would have 90, even after doing damage. If Kingler hit Ditto with the same attack, then they would both be at 60, and if this cycle continued, Ditto would have 30 HP left, until a new pokemon came in. I cant remember the rules on that whole situation, but to answer your question: Ditto would still have 90 until it was attacked. Makes sense?
