If I have 0 cards in my hand and my deck, and my opponent plays Misdreavus UD forcing me to draw cards, do I lose since I can't draw anything or is the only losing condition concerning drawing if you can't draw at the start of your turn?

You don't lose from the attack. You only lose if you can't draw a card at the start of your turn.~KA
