I have played Yveltal before ( before Furious fists had come out) but had to stop due to work and school. I wanted to try something new and thought id try this out before taking it to a local tournament. Not really sure how this will fair against Yveltal or other decks yet, but let me know what you guys think and as always, suggestions are appreciated! :)

Darktina w/salemence

2 darkrai ex (BRKPT)
2 girantina ex (AOS)
2 salemence (XY170)
2 trubbish (BRKPT)
2 garbodor (BRKPT)
1 shaymin (ROAS)
1 yvetal (xy 94)

4 professor sycamore
4 max elixer
4 vs seeker
3 N
3 float stone
2 fighting fury belt
2 ultra ball
2 parallel city
2 trainer's mail
2 enhanced hammer
1 delinquent
1 team flare grunt
1 super rod
1 pokecenter lady
32 trainers and supporters

11 Dark Energy
4 Double dragon energy
15 energy

Basic idea is to use the best pokemon for the situation at hand: if theyre relying on abilities then lock them out with Garbodor; if they're relient on items: Yveltal; None of those? Then beat them down with Darkrai (lol); trainers are in such a way that they can cause disruption by way of energy removal, item removal etc;

I'd recommend removing giratina as it doesn't help too much in the current format. Also -1 dark energy is enough to hit max elixirs most of the time.

First of all, you've only listed 59 (12 Pokémon, 32 Trainers and 15 energy) cards, not 60!

In regards to your deck list, following are a few comments for your consideration:

  • Darkrai EX is your main attacker and a 2-count may be quite insufficient should 1 ever be prized. So, another one would enhance your chances of having 2 available for battle.
  • The new Salamence EX is another nice tech that currently has a lot of hype, but "unproven" IMO, and definitely does not warrant 2 deck slots.
  • Having the DDE available can be very critical; so, incorporating a Special Charge can be helpful to recover and recycle discarded DDE.
  • 3 Float Stone seem excessive to me. Note that a POPULAR tech now is the promo Beedrill EX whose first attack can remove opponent's attached Tool(s). An Escape Rope or Olympia is another solid alternative to a 3rd Float Stone (should you select Olympia, drop the PC Lady).
  • 2 Ultra Ball are woefully insufficient too. Your reliance upon the card-draw Supporters may not at times yield the necessary results when needed.
Following are some suggested deck changes for your consideration, as well:

-1 Salamence EX
-1 Enhanced Hammer - 2nd not critical (when running 1 E Hammer and TF Grunt)
-1 Float Stone
-1 Dark energy - 10 should be quite sufficient

+1 Darkrai EX
+1 Escape Rope (or Olympia)
+1 Ninja Boy - to facilitate "sneak" attack with Salamence EX
+2 Ultra Ball

My personal preference would also be to incorporate another non-EX attacker like the Oblivion Wing Yveltal too and a 3rd Trainer's Mail (to further increase consistency).

I hope you find these comments helpful.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I will be trying them all out. Now, is Girantina not really that relevant anymore? Would it be better to just run this as a Darkrai Darkbox? Would cutting the girantina help to speed up the deck a little?

I run 4 Darkrai EX, 1 Tina, 1 Salad Menace and I've won about 60% this month (but relatively small sample size as I've been mostly playing Rainbow Road and Yveltal). I teched in a ranger though because I took out Hydreigon.... As for max elixirs, I ran 9 with Yveltal and it was driving me crazy how many I was missing. I ran 10 with rainbow road and I was still missing a TON of them. I run 12 basic energy in both my yveltal and rainbow road and I cut my whiff rate from 25% down to 10%. IMO if you don't run 12 basic energy, put something else in other than elixirs... but that's just my opinion, I'm sure there are plenty of people who will disagree with me.
