You may want to edit that set list again now that the Vanillite evolution have been confirmed to be in Infinity Zone.

14 powerful Pokémon V—plus nine full-art Pokémon V
  • Centiskorch (FA)
  • Eternatus (FA)
  • Mew
  • G. Slowbro
  • Charizard
  • Grimmsnarl
  • Salamence
  • Scizor?
  • Vikavolt?
  • Rhyperior?
  • Houndoom?

  • Drednaw?
  • Gardevoir?

  • Hidden Energy
  • Powerful Energy
  • Chairman Rose (FA)
  • Kabu (FA)
  • Pokemon Breeders' Training (FA)
  • Piers (FA)

The bold ones are the ones that are confirmed based on the press release. I won't update the setlist until the first English card is revealed and we start omitting stuff from V/VMax cards, etc. That's why it called "Partial" Set List.

In the main article it states there are 9 Full Art Pokemon.

This leads me to believe the obvious, confirmed Mew V and Galarian Slowbro V won't have FA's, and we know Charizard V and Grimmsnarl V don't have them.

When we learn of the 4 ommited V's, that leaves us with 10 V's. 10 V's from japanese sets that will ALL have full arts, so why would they not put a FA of a pokemon in this set with all the others? There is no reason to ommit it the base V is in the set. Two scenarios.

1. Eternatus V - It's released in a promo type box, a bit like Magikarp and Wailord.
2. There are actually 5 ommited V's, and we have ANOTHER Mew V/Slowbro V type deal going on, a completely random out of nowhere V.

I believe the second could be true due to this,

I'd be shocked if they didn't add all Explosive Walker cards, if they're going to ommit cards it'll likely be from the same set they originated from in Japan.

So I think Dreadnaw V/VMAX, Scizor V/VMAX, Houndoom V, Galarian Corsola V and Rhypherior V will be the 5 V's and 2 VMAX that won't be in Darkness Ablaze.

Which THEN leads me to think, the unrevealed V, will be water type.

Unlike in SuMo, because it had 11 typings, SwSh and Rebel Clash both had every typing represented in V's. Maybe this is an odd anomoly and won't be the case going forward, but if Dreadnaw is ommited, there won't be any water type out of 16 V's and 7 VMAX.

Just some theories, will be interesting to see what they do!

Also think Butterfree, Crobat and Salamance were all confirmed.

Yeah, I agree with that extra V cards. There are some cards we know nothing about their origin: Mew V, Galarian Slowbro V and both the Galarian Darmanitan and Sirfetch'd from the theme decks. I believe several Legendary Heartbeat or V Decks cards will be added to the set and some of the already known cards will be cut, maybe for balance reasons for our November set.

likely getting a subset. As to what the subset could possibly focus on, I got nothing

From the VMAX Pokémon not confirmed, we can safely say that one of them will join the other six, and the other two will be dropped from Darkness Ablaze. As for Pokémon V, you had Scizor listed twice. From the nine that are not bolded, five of them will be in the set, the other four will be dropped; BUT the one that does get confirmed between Scizor, Gardevoir and Drednaw will seal the fate of the other two.

Did I say that? My memory gets bad now. I need a warm-up
