Ruling Dark T-tar's Spinning Tail

I was wondering, lets say I wanted to use Spinning tail, and have attached, a double rainbow energy, and a darkness energy to Dark T-tar. Would the active take 20, and the rest of the opponents bench take 10?

Yes...Darkness Energy would make the damage done to the Defending Pokemon do 10 more damage, and DRE makes all damage done by the Pokemon it's attached to do 10 less damage, thus 10 to the Bench.
