Dancing Pokemon Sigs

Where do you get them? And how do you make them move in your sig? I've seen Minun/Plusle, Mawile, and Trapinch so far.

The site is creativeworlds.net. The dancing Pokemon are .gif files, they are animations. That's how the artist made them.

Ever since I saw someone suggest that WPM publicly give credit for the avatar he once had (of Kirlia slapping a Mawile), I decided that if I ever had one of those images in my signature, I'd be sure to at least make the image a hotlink so those who wondered where the image came from could browse the site themselves.

Is that Minun and Plusle one really fom the same guy? It looks like a copycat one to me, at least in their faces which IMO look pretty under-par with the rest of the guy's BEYOND AWESOME work. But I guess when you can easily work with circles like that, might as well.

Edit: Actually, the problem probably is simply that the faces are too large.
