Ruling Damage reduction attack and weakness

Sorry if the wording is funny, I play using japanese cards and forget how proper wording is for the english cards.

When using a move such as Steam Siege Hydreigon's Cruel Fang (active pokemon that gets hit by this attack does -40 damage next turn) on a DiancieEX(with the -30 damage ability), then the following turn DianceEX attacks while a stadium is out, in what order does damage get calculated? Is it (110-40)x2, or (110 x 2) - 40?

I know with resistance it applies after weakness right? Does this play out the same as with hard charm or assault vest? (I actually cant recall the order of calculation with those as well, haha.)

Thanks to whoever helps me with this!

This is a general enough question that I can answer it without card images. The order of operations for calculating damage is:

1. Calculate base damage (coin flips, optional discards, etc)
2. Damage modifiers on the attacking Pokemon (Muscle Band, Steam Up, Cruel Fang, etc)
3. Weakness
4. Resistance
5. Damage modifiers on the Defending Pokemon (Hard Charm, Assault Vest, etc)
6. Any other attack effects (discarding Energy selected in Step 1, discarding Stadiums, etc)
7. Check for Knock Outs
