I tried a few searches of this tread to find an answer but, didn't so here's my question. It seems kinda obvious but, is a pokemon tool considered to be a trainer card and able to be put into your hand by playing Cyrus's Conspiracy?

Cyrus lets you search your deck for a supporter, a basic Energy card, and a trainer with Team Galactic's Invention in its name
As long as that underlined part is on the card and is a trainer, then yes.
