Ruling Crobat PHF and Hard Charm

Suppose I have a Pokémon in my active position with no resistance or weakness to Psychic type, equipped with a Hard Charm.

1) Does opponent's Crobat's Surprise Bite deal 10 HP or 30 HP damage to my Pokémon?

2) Does opponent's Crobat's Skill Dive deal 10 HP or 30 HP damage to my Pokémon (if he or she chooses my Active Pokémon as target of the attack)?

Surprise Bite places damage counters, so you would still place 3 damage counters on a Pokemon with Hard Charm.

Skill Dive deals damage, so Hard Charm would reduce that damage.
