1. If my Glaceon X is active and i KO their gengar does that stop fainting spell?
2. Can I attach memory berry and devoluter to the same pokemon? Thanks

1. The Chilly Breath Poke-Body will shut down the Fainting Spell Poke-Power.

2. You can attach those two onto the same Pokemon because Technical Machine and Pokemon Tool are two different kind of trainers. So, you can attach Technical Machine(s) and a Pokemon Tool onto the same Pokemon.

To add on to question one, after all effects are done, you must check for any Poke Bodies and Poke Powers that can be used. Then you discard the cards.
