Superior to Bastiodon, more powerful than Electrode.

And all in a Basic. Sounds overpowered to me.

I find that as a beginning card to start of the match
But that is way to insane tone the damage down a little or instead of saying "Rotom does 250 damage to itself" How about 'rotom faints of the user uses this move' or something

Say for some reason rotom has gained 200 HP, then Rotom is not knocked out. There are ways around knocking your self out that way.
