Rules for getting your name changed:
New rule: If you ask for a change, you must say please.
Second new rule: You may not have odd characters in your name.
Third new rule: You may not request someone else's old username.
Fourth new rule: Be original, seriously, we already have a bunch of people with .:randomword:. as their name, don't turn PB into a dotfest. Also, no randomword Pokémon masters or ~randomword~ as your name.
CLARIFICATION: In case this wasn't clear, that means you are not allowed to have a username in the .:username:. style or anything that remotely resembles that

Q&A TIME
Q: Do I have to keep my old username in my signature forever?
A: No, not forever. A minimum of two weeks is all that is required.
Q: There isn't enough room in my signature. Can I have my old username be my title?
A: Yes. As long as it is easily visible by anyone, your old username may be your title. Just make sure people know it's you, like "formerly Pika" for example.
Q: If my name is merely a cosmetic one, such as Ka'Mewie:- to KaMewie, do I need to put my old name in my signature?
A: No. If your name is the same as before, with the ONLY change being the addition or removal of symbols, you don't have to keep your old name in your signature. Notice that a change like Necro_Thy to .:[Necro]:. is not a cosmetic change and in this instance your signature would need to include your old name.
Q: You said I can't have any "odd characters" in my name. What exactly is an "odd character?"
A: Anything that isn't a letter A-Z, numbers 0-9, hyphens, apostrophes, underscores, colons, spaces, or periods (- ' _ : .). Non-alphanumeric characters must be used in moderation- ((((NO NAMES LIKE THIS))))
