Could their possibly a quad version of this? After all, iron breaker disables the defending pokemon from attacking, and lasers aren't hard getting around. Is there some sort of catch to this that I don't understand?

Quad decks don't work very will in this new format because of the lack of ability to retrieve cards from the discard. Junk Arm is rotated, Recycle is flippy, and Dowsing Machine is an Ace-Spec.

And Revive is stupidly overpowered.

Quad Cobalion doesn't work because it has no acceleration and its attacks are too expensive when its getting OHKOed. It also can't prize trade for its life, and is murdered by 1-2 Keldeo.
