For this trick to work you must loose all of your lives in VS mode then press A+B+Z+START when then the announcer says player has been defeated and you will steal a life from your opponent and it only won't work if your opponent has one life left and your opponent must have 5 or less lives left for it to work too.:)
 
Have you actually tested this before? Sounds kinda...not...like...SSB. I don't have the game anymore, so could someone test this? (Or mzybe you could just tell me if you've tested this xxashxx, :D)

I use this code all the time and it is a confirmed code at nintendo too you can go to their website and go to the code bank and look it up and it does work but you have to do it when the announcer says you have been defeated or it will not work.:)
 
Ohh...

I was playing my friend on ssb, and he seemed to have infinite lives... I thought it must be a glitch or something! Dang, the cheating little...
 
I love this code because when I use it my friends wonder why they have one life left and it is because I keep stealing their lives and it is so funny because I have kept the cheat from them for a very long time.:)
 
its called teamwork lol...thats why nintendo made the cheat...it added a further element of co-operation to the game.
 
I need to clarify a few things...

This code is for use when you are playing on a team, and you have already been eliminated. If your other teammate has 2 stock or more, you can hit start to take one of their stock, and play again. Use it only if they are okay with it. Don't use it if they have 2 stock, and are falling into a pit, or they might get upset (you'll take one stock, and then they will fall and be eliminated). If your partner has only 1 stock left, this trick doesn't work.
 
Oh...in that case, I've known about this for awhile. I always check for things like these ever since the old TMNT games did this. I thought it meant that the game gave you another life...I'm not excited now.

If you are not on a taem you have to do the whole sequence and it does work if you are not on a team because when I play my friend we never ever play on team because if one is waering a hat I get confused and I can't find my character that well so it does work without team mode too.:)
