Can't change my avitar!

I tried changing my avatar to a Rayquaza, but all it did was change my current avatar's size to what the Rayquaza picture was.
 
I see a rayquaza as your avy currently. If that isn't the right one, try whichever you didn't do already:

Save it to your computer, and chose the file (Recommended)
Host it, and post the direct link in the place it asks for URL (Make sure it ends with ".filetype"
 
If that avatar is too large, then it will automatically resize it to fit (which is 125x125).
 
Yeah. My computer must have not wanted to load the image I wanted.
